The people of Stars Hollow just can't get over the fact that Luke's got a daughter... who reads!? And Willow's surprised to bump into Tara, who's been doing some reading of her own. Logan and the Sunnydale police need that person on the other end of the phone to spell out a name to extend the drama a bit. Dawn is a LOT in this episode, but hey, so is Rory's period scarf. Both episodes end with powerful scenes featuring emotional outbursts and revealed secrets. Plus Bryan shares some gaffes from when HE was editor of a college paper.
