Everett smashed a gift to Evangeline from Costas to escape his compulsion, Evangeline tried to confront the sheriff about his behavior but was overtaken by her beast, Val found some compassion for Everett when she learned how young a vampire he is, and Doris reluctantly agreed to help keep the group under control if their beasts kept rising to the fore. But what will the coterie discover when New Haven’s coroner reports on the newly discovered bodies?
