The coterie attended the surprise opening of the Val Miller Family Protection Building and learned that Val and Everett will be living there with the daytime officers. Val was impressed with the fortifications, Everett discovered that his usual style of communication needs some improvement, Evangeline insisted that the sheriff repair things with Teddy, and Doris tried to find less conspicuous clothing. Can the coterie tail Horatio Sundrop without being noticed?
