- Respect, Inspect, Expect- Respect those les fortunate; help those who cannot help themselves- Give unselfishly; respect where God has you and what others are going through- Inspect (introspect) your heart.- The world is distasteful to those filled with the Spirit- Our value system should not be as the world's- I know my heart is not where it should be when I’m not looking for Jesus to come (expectancy)- When I'm reading and praying I’m fascinated with heaven- We can get infected spiritually and through the flesh, then our worship is restrained- Hezekiah opened and repaired the doors of the temple, removed the rubbish- We are the temple of the Lord; we must take out the trash- The lamp is the Word of God; offerings are our prayers- Walk in the truth; keep heart and mind open to God- Works of the flesh: sensual sins, anger, pride (national, ethnic, etc)
