- Man was designed to trust God; after sin entered, man began to rely on feelings first, doubting the facts- Sin is processing your life through your senses- Our first reaction to a problem is to try something; should be to trust something- Feelings are the most sinful thing, the most unreliable factor in human existence- God does not react to feelings; He is moved by faith- Salvation is not a feeling; we’re saved by grace through faith- Regardless of feeling we must believe we are saved- Feelings have nothing to do with your relationship with God- God sent the savior, then gave you the power and faith to go to Him- Every gift from God is eternal; salvation is eternal- We are the Father’s gift to the Son; the Son is the Father’s gift to us- We can never change who our parents are; your heritage is in your blood/DNA- We are hidden in Christ and Christ in the Father
