Notes:- We’ve made grace superficial- Mephibosheth at 5 yrs. old found his father and grandfather had died- David made king, asks God what can I do to honor you?  Seeks someone from the house of Saul to honor... finds Mephibosheth at age 17, shows grace to him- Accept God’s grace and give it away- Pure religion is to look after those in need, care for yourself and one another- Conviction will either make you a better person or bring you down
