2013-01-06-0830 Pastor Loran Livingston is the speaker this morning January 6th 2013 in the 8:30 service.Scripture: John 4:21-26; Acts 17:22-23; 9:31; Isaiah 46:1, 7; I Corinthians 11:27-30; Psalm 66:18; Joshua 7:10-13Topic: RelationshipNotes:- It is possible to worship but not know who you are worshipping- It’s easy to make God what you want Him to be instead of who He really is- You cannot redefine God; you must know who God is, who you worship- You must worship because you are changed and set free- Many are involved but have never had a personal experience with Jesus Christ- People worship God ignorantly, also frivolously... some are weak and some have died because they’ve taken communion unworthily, bringing judgement on themselves- If you want the fullness of God, you must sacrifice something for Jesus- Whatever you sacrifice for God He will reward you greatly for- If we judge ourselves we will not be judged- Some worship fearlessly, with no holy fear of God- You will not receive comfort from the Holy Spirit if you do not fear God- Sometimes when prayers don’t get answered it could be that sin is in our hearts... He will not hear our prayers...- As long as we allow the accursed thing in our heart, God will not help us
