2015-05-03-0830 Pastor Loran Livingston is the speaker this morning May 3rd,  2015 in the 8:30 AM service.Scripture: Romans 1:20-25; Romans 13:1-7Topic: AuthorityNotes:- Pastor began the service with Romans 13:1-7…reminding us that authorities are appointed by God.- God put police in authority to take care of good people.- News today there is lawlessness…the Law is removed by God.- We should thank our police men and women who protect us every day.- How did the world get in this place?- Last week we learned the world is without excuse…what happened…because they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were they thankful!- The result…God gave them up to uncleanness…He said if that’s what you want, you can have it.- What you worship will change you,- The whole world now behaves like an animal…you serve and worship what you have created.- God gave them up to vile passions.- NOTHING GOOD COMES WHEN YOU PUSH GOD OUT.- Un-thankfulness is the reason the world is being turned on itself. The world takes care of its own.- We want sin to be affirmed, not just accepted. God‘s word will never do that.- God became angry and took his hand away because although they knew God…they did not glorify Him…not where they THANKFUL.- God said I will take care of you…look up…and be thankful. Thankfulness is a big deal to God. We’re not thankful…IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS!!!
