Notes: -Jesus was teaching the Christian principles to Israel in the book of Matthew. -The word stride in these scriptures meant to agonize. -Jesus was teaching Israel that you cannot get to heaven on your own. -Salvation is a free gift from God to those who believe/ -The law in the Old Testament does not apply to Christians today. -Under the law you had to endure to be saved. -Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord can be saved. -He just wants us to rest in Him.
