In this episode I share everything that I feel has helped me to get into shape. We start off by talking about the importance of goal setting, understanding your WHY, planning a clear schedule and then COMMITTING. After the basics have been covered I share a few things that have helped me stay motivated during the process like changing my identity, creating vision-boards, finding inspirations, being my own hype-man and more.
