It's October again and time for another Halloween Special! To celebrate, Celine and Joey plan on surprising Rob for a birthday celebration! They have invited guests a plenty to share in the magic but unfortunately, Rob has disappeared yet again. Instead, an old friend shows up to enact his vengeance from last year but unfortunately, he gets more than he bargained for when a figure from his past shows up to steal the show and turn the tables.
