After Hours with Karsten Runquist (1985)

Well, we had Karstcast host and video essayist extraordinaire Karsten Runquist on to discuss one of his favorite Scorsese movies and then most of his audio was lost. Prior to editing the podcast, I recorded a brief intro explaining our new release schedule and didn't mention the missing audio because I didn't know that it was missing until I started editing the episode at my girlfriend's place a few hours later. Now it's 3:30 in the morning and I'm finishing the edit but I don't have my microphone so I can't record a new intro with a disclaimer about the audio issues and, frankly, I just want to get this thing uploaded so my night can be over. Pretty hack for the universe to After Hours me while I'm editing a podcast about After Hours but, like Paul Hackett himself, I probably deserve it.
