Through the Connected Black Professionals Inclusive Community at Cisco, the program pairs Executives (mentees) with Senior African-American/Black professionals (mentors), bridging the gap across ethnic and racial divides through conscious conversations promoting understanding and increasing proximity to power an inclusive future for all.
