Trump not immune, impeachment try fails, border deal dead

A federal appeals court unanimously rules Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution-alleged crimes during his presidency. The House attempt to impeach Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas fails. Mitch Mcconnell admits defeat on that bipartisan border deal.
