Mike Ryan’s El Capitán Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Acholado Pisco
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: green olive
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a green olive.
