John deBary’s Midori Sour Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Midori
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish (optional): lime wheel
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
