Happy Frankenstein Day! August 30th. Despite many liberties taken with Mary Shelley's orginial "Frankenstein", this is a fine adaptation by the Suspense program. -
Suspense was one of the most popular and successful old time radio programs during it's run of over 900 episodes, spanning 1946-1962. Guest stars included Orson Welles, Frank Sinatra, Lucille Ball, Agnes Moorehead, Marlene Dietrich and Humphrey Bogart. The plots were mostly engaging crime dramas, science fiction and some horror genres - usually with a surprise ending. - Thank you for listening, consider a donation to help keep the OTR radio stations commercial-free:
