Meth case accused Nathan McDonnell may plead guilty to charges around the massive drug seizure in Kerry earlier this year.
A court heard this week that the Kerry businessman might be ready to admit to crimes but his solicitor had not been consulted.
The book of evidence has yet to be served on McDonnell and his co accused James Leen.
