Criminal investigations around corporate sabotage on companies once owned by Sean Quinn are five years underway with no sign that anyone will be charged in relation to offences around arson, property crime or intimidation.
And the probe into the so called paymaster of the late criminal Cyril McGuinness - aka Dublin Jimmy - who Gardai believe directed the kidnap and torture of one time Quinn employ Kevin Lunney may have also reached the end of the road sources say.
So what has five years of high level Garda investigation found and what if any ramifications are there for Quinn, the former billionaire who has admitted that much criminal activity was done in his name but without his consent.
