Ciaran ‘Sam’ O’Sullivan has been one of Kinahan's most trusted sidekicks for more than two decades - despite coming from a middle class background in South Dublin.
However, O'Sullivan is now facing a day of reckoning after the Bureau launched a case in the High Court to seize his assets.
