Show Notes: In this episode, Julie Busler chats with Krystal and Shelby about women and mental health. Julie has an incredible testimony of God’s faithfulness through bouts of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts, all while being a missionary overseas. She wrote a book titled
Joyful Sorrow: Breaking Through the Darkness of Mental Illness. In her book, and in today’s episode, she details the struggles of her past while also sharing her hope in Christ that has brought her to where she is today.
