Tess Sophia's Dance Journey

Tracy interviews dance friend (and old roommate!) Tess Sophia. Learn about how Tess and Tracy reconnected in a dance class after not seeing each other for years! Longtime dancer and teacher Tess Sophia had recently taken a break from dance with no idea Tracy started dancing 5 years ago, so it was a shock to see her in class. Tess is dancing again now too, and we get to hear all about her dance journey including thoughts on teaching styles, ageism in dance, and rejection therapy! Tracy and Tess take JM Rodriguez's contemporary class together right before the interview and discuss their thoughts, including what it was like for Tracy to dance in socks. :)
