Listen to this chilling 9-1-1 call as an 8-year-old girl calls to inform police her mother has been shot and that her mother's friend (who she calls her dad) is dead. It's surreal how lazy and inept this dispatcher is -- and she must be fired and charged here. (The woman who was shot died en route to hospital, by the way).
