We're back from a break to discuss some of our favorite new albums that released while we were away. We discuss Better Lovers, Disentomb, Entheos, Crucifiction, Vomit Forth, Oranssi Pazuzu, Carnosus, and more!

We also talk about how we find time to exercise and eat right in the demanding lifestyle that is being a full time father.

We also try something new in discussing the book and film "Lords of Chaos" and its reaction in the metal community. Black Metal is already a genre with haters both external and internal so of course this was going to be a divisive film.
