As a fresh business graduate, Alen Faljic joined the design agency IDEO Munich as a business designer. The world of design quickly fascinated him as he wasn’t familiar with user-centricity and the power of design. However, he soon started to notice the gap between the design and business communities. As someone working in the intersection of the two, he decided to explore deeper into the relationship between the two. Today, Alen is the founder and CEO of the d.MBA which helps designers gain business confidence. d.MBA has 300+ alumni students over 50+ countries and a 97% completion rate!
