When we hear and read about the benefits of DevOps, we often learn that DevOps accelerates software delivery and that this, in turn, drives business performance. Also, we learn that the best DevOps performers are more than twice as likely to achieve or exceed their objectives: profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.But how does a DevOps transformation look like from the practitioner’s perspective? We had an opportunity to spend some time with Henri from OP, a customer of Eficode, and one of the largest financial companies in Finland.
