S4E7 - My Brother's Keeper

It’s time again for Miss Mystic Falls! Our reigning Miss Mystic Caroline is leading the planning and she’s ready to lead the main ship this time around: Klaroline! Delena who? Delena still has their time for most of the episode, before us stans get unexpectedly pushed back into the trenches. April Young competes in the pageant, but don’t worry, her competition is weak and Shane is judging despite a substantial conflict of interest. Hayley and Tyler continue their plan to unsire hybrids, though we still don’t know why Hayley cares so much? Meanwhile, Jeremy’s hunter side is coming out in nightmares and Stefan accidentally makes it worse. And finally, we get a major twist that, as with all great twists, seems obvious in retrospect!
