S∪icide is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, and despite what some may believe, Muslims are not immune to it. As such, it is necessary for us to understand how best to respond to it. 

What is Islam’s position on s∪icide and those who passed away from it? How should we respond as a community when we lose someone in this way? What can we do as individuals to protect ourselves and others from this crisis?
