Melbourne is the place where we travel to for our next Techno Minded Hero.
This hero has notched up a solid decade and more of DJing in his hometown, Melbourne.
Playing to appreciative crowds from just a few hundred sweaty techno heads in the Mercat Basement, showcase gigs for clubs such as Honkytonks and festivals such as War of the Worlds and Two Tribes.
As one of the founding members of the Melbourne Techno Collective and as label boss of Haul Recordings, this hero has forced his own unique sound, influenced equally by the sounds of Detroit, House and Dub Techno.
With a string of releases on his First label Haul Music, and current label Atrophic Society under the alias Vohkinne, his productions are now attracting global attention. Describing his music as tough, textural techno, Craig has released remixes and EPs for labels like Electric Deluxe, Steadfast records, Sub Squared, Attemporal and many more
Drawing upon his wealth of DJing experience and a gift for sound design, he crosses the boundaries of techno and house with precision and intent, creating dancefloor focussed music that speaks to both mind and feet.
Also we can mention that he has a new release coming up in February 2016 (AS005) and he will be playing at the Eclipse Festival in Indonesia 2016.
