DTVC Extra 31, "Deadpool & Wolverine"

"DTVC Extra" are shorter solo episodes that I'll be posting on some weeks in addition to the main podcast. In this episode I'm doing a one-off look at "Deadpool & Wolverine." I start with the context of how we got to this film, going back to Deadpool's first appearance in 1990, how he grew from villain to anti-hero, and the history of attempts at adaptations before we finally got it in 2016. From there I get into the movie, looking at what worked, and why it worked. Finally, I finish with a look at where Marvel is now, and how this film fits with the recent announcement that RDJ will be playing Dr. Doom.
