Summary

In this episode, my dear friend Brandy and I discuss our most and least favorite stage. We share how we've grown as individuals and in our marriage, and how motherhood changed our outlook. Brandy is my wise, honest and hilarious friend, who is a mom of twins!

In this conversation, Brandy Mabin discusses her experiences with pregnancy, delivery, and the different stages and ages of her twins. She shares her favorite stage, which was between three and four years old when her children were verbal and playful. Brandy also talks about the challenges of the newborn stage and the importance of support from her mother and wife. She emphasizes the need for self-compassion and being present in the moment as a mother. Brandy also reflects on the lessons she has learned, including giving herself grace and not making rash decisions during stressful times.
