"Rhythim is Rhythim - Nude Photo" released on "Transmat" is an ultimate classic from 87' and another really great track with the "Detroit" seal of approval.
My guest today was, if you like, in charge of it.
Everyone should know Thomas Barnett, but surely also some of his aliases like Groove Slave, Subterfuge or Four313, a project in collaboration with Blake Baxter.
Today, well over 30 years later, Thomas is still active and can look back on a countless series of productions and releases.
In '96 he was to found his own label "Visillusion" but over the years he has also released on a number of international labels. Here are a few examples Transmat, Novamute, Psychothrill, Submerge, Warp, Prime and many more.
But his productions are not only known for the club, also for commercials and movies.
I am very happy to finally present a first guest from Detroit.
