On this day, 16 years ago, the UNFCCC's Kyoto Protocol went into effect in attempts to mitigate climate change from greenhouse gas emissions. Today is both Elizabeth Olsen's 32nd birthday and Abel Tesfaye's (The Weeknd's) 31 birthday! And its also the 31st anniversary of the death of American graffiti artist, Keith Haring.
