Chuck Carr has experienced some profound losses in his life, but also profound healing and redemption! He has known tremendous grief in his life, has overcome depression, has learned to cope after loss and now has a heart to help others that are grieving or suffering with depression or hopelessness. God has blessed Chuck with a new calling through this healing process, a beautiful support network, and a new found joy! In this episode, Chuck shares losing his college sweetheart and wife to a battle with stomach cancer in 2008, losing his youth ministry that he loved after a church split, a life altering traumatic brain injury in 2018, and the process of healing that took place, the impact of a testimony (Joni Eareckson Tada), God's new calling of writing, some of his divinely inspired award winning books, and how his testimony is not only reaching people around the world, it is equipping them and bringing them healing!
