At 17, Bobby played with Sonny Rollins at Carnegie Hall. He then wound up touring with Sonny for 10 years, and playing on 5 of his records. Bobby’s also played with Kenny Burrell, Stanley Turrentine, Charles Earland, Miles Davis, Kenny Garrett , Dr. John, and trumpeters Tom Browne and Hugh Masakela, pianists Weldon Irvine and Dave Grusin, Charlie Parker pianists: Al Haig and Walter Bishop, Jr.
