We're here with Helena Soh, who's a social media director. When I first met Helena, she was the social media strategist for PETA. She’s known for developing viral marketing campaigns that reach new audiences while increasing online subscription and engagement. Helena has a strong passion for human rights, animal rights, and social justice; all of which are why I thought it was so necessary to have her on the show.
In our conversation today we really bounce around on a multitude of topics that we both know and love– from manifestation to human design, to relationships and activism, and everything in between. The theme of our conversation, as you’ll hear, is based a lot around shadow work and reparenting.
Helena shares a lot of her past with us today, with events that happened from growing up in a mainly white town, and how discrimination and racism were subjects she faced at such a young age. From her years working with PETA, Helena offers us different ways that we too can be involved with creating a more impactful life for ourselves, animals, and the environment.
