Today is A NEW DAY! Each day is an opportunity stretched out before you. Have you treated it as such? I learned many years ago to do a simple practice before I go to bed in the evening...and this helps me be ready for the next day to be "A NEW DAY!"
The practice is release and forgiveness. I often just do a brief review in my mind and seek to notice how I have been annoyed or angry and seek to release that. I ask Spirit to help me release and let go and replace that hurt with light and love.
When I can release any hurt or pain from my life - - from that particular day or the past, then I can rest in peace and wake up with a whole new feeling and direction for my life. Every day is a new day! There is an expanded awareness and hope for me when I live from this renewed place of freedom.
My hope for you and for me is that we can remember on a daily basis, and sometimes a moment by moment basis to release hurt and pain and move into forgiveness. This can then free me for me "new day."
