Setting Boundaries
Christ sets limits for our choices and preferences by establishing boundaries related to sin and righteousness. As long as we stay within these boundaries of faith, we are free to express our preferences. However, if our likes or desires fall outside of these set boundaries, which is shown by Christ.we can find ourselves second guess the power of GOD. GOD boundary set limits by guiding us to not attach ourselves to worldly things, (“Wherefore Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, And touch not the unclean thing; And I will receive you,”
2 Corinthians 6:17)but to set our affections on things above.
We often have a people-pleasing mentality over a God-pleasing mentality.
•Allow guilt or the influence of others rather than God’s voice.
•Adam and eve is a good example of how gods at the boundaries for them and they allow the enemy to blur the boundaries they got headset for them in return they were kicked out of the garden or disobeying God
If you are like most women, the difficulty regarding than Gods voice has prevented many of us from walking in the fullness of your purpose.
When we place God’s gate around our souls, guarding and protecting where we spend our time and energy, and with whom, we can be all he created us to be.
When you walk in the fullness of who you were created to be, there is a deep soul satisfaction that God gives you, and others will benefit too. When you surround yourself with people who lift you up, you will be able to lift up those whom God has called you to help.
In the book of Hebrews, (12:1)Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,”
Here’s the key: God’s boundaries for our lives are meant to give us direction for his purpose. They keep us on his path—the path we were created to follow. This is why we read the word of GOD to stay in the will he wants for us!
’When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.’”—John 16:13
