For this cook-along recipe you will need (serves 4):
Olive oil
6 sausages (about 400g)
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
3 peppers (red, orange, yellow, or a mix)
½ tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
400g jar (or can) white beans (cannellini beans are great)
1 bay leaf
½ chicken stock cube
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bread to serve
