This is the session zero for for the characters in Dad Bod Dnd's Waterdeep: Dragon Heist Campaign. You will meet Makani Wyndfell, Jax Meddlemuck, Valerian Alstrom, and Templeton. This also acts as the primer for Waterdeep. The players find out the key information about the city and are able to ask the DM any questions that they might have about the upcoming campaign.
