Occult Corner: How did the modern visual representation of ghosts come to be? We cover topic of Phantasmagoria horror shows, the precursor to the modern Horror Movie. We hear that the book The Ghost: A Cultural History by Susan Owens does a full exploration of this topic, but we haven’t read it yet.
