In the final podcast episode of 2024, Costi Hinn recaps what the Lord has done in this record-breaking year for FTG and outlines what is in store for the ministry in 2025.
In this episode, Costi Hinn considers the hope found in the words of Isaiah 9:6-7 and reflects on what the birth of Christ means for us.
One of the most important questions someone could ever ask is: Why is the Virgin Birth an essential Christian belief? Costi Hinn continues his Christmas podcast series by answering this question and highlights important truths as he walks through Matthew 1:18-25.
This week, Costi Hinn kicks off a 3-week series that will help keep the hope and meaning of Christmas in the forefront of your mind. All three of these episodes will tie into essentials of the Christian faith that every follower of Jesus should know! The fact that God would enter humanity and take on flesh is not something to overlook, nor is it some religious fable. In this first episode, Costi Hinn covers four reasons Jesus was born, which coincide with four of His titles.
In this episode, Costi Hinn and Jonny Ardavanis talk about how to come alongside those who are hurting or filled with anxiety during the Christmas season and discuss practical ways to serve others and walk with people who might be silently suffering.
Much of today’s music scene and worship culture in the church prioritizes talent over character. In many churches, the ability to sing or play with excellence exceeds the need for spiritual maturity, character, and in some cases, genuine conversion. In this episode, Bob Kauflin, Devon Kauflin, and David Zimmer sit down with Costi Hinn to talk about the importance of who should be on stage to lead worship in our churches, along with practical wisdom for the “mercenary” culture of the Christian music scene.
Should a church turn the lights down, unleash the fog machine, and laser light the stage to help people have a more engaging worship experience? Does it matter if a worship service is presented in a trendy way? If creativity is a gift from God, should we limit how much we innovate when it comes to music and stylistic elements in a service? Does the Bible have principles we can use to govern the style of our worship services? These are important questions! In the third episode of our worship series with Sovereign Grace Music, we gain valuable wisdom on the style of a worship service.
It was John Piper who once said, "A congregation learns its theology by the songs they sing, not just by the preaching they hear.” Doctrine matters in our music, and it’s vital that churches and leaders think through more than just the sound of music, and ensure that the content of the music is biblically accurate. In this episode, Sovereign Grace Music leaders Bob Kauflin, Devon Kauflin, and David Zimmer highlight that the road to heresy in the worship music industry is often paved with good intentions.
Expression in worship can often be relegated to the extremes of “emotionalism” or “stoicism.” Some argue that raising our hands in a worship service is nothing more than charismatic disorder, while others insist that if you don’t cry or shout during worship you’ve not entered the holy of holies. In part 1 of this series on worship, Bob Kauflin, Devon Kauflin, and David Zimmer of Sovereign Grace Music sit down with Costi Hinn to think biblical about how we express ourselves in worship so that we avoid extremes and joyfully worship God in spirit and truth.
In this week's podcast episode, Costi Hinn gives practical wisdom about the essentials of sharing the gospel and counsels on how to create and make the most of opportunities that will change someone's life.
In this special episode of the For The Gospel podcast, Conrad Mbewe sits down with Costi Hinn at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY to talk about the exportation of the prosperity gospel from North America to Africa and the havoc it wreaks as it continues to spread like wildfire.
As a ministry that focuses on the truth… we are for the gospel. But by the very definition of being for something, that means we are then against what contradicts what we are for. In light of this, Costi Hinn continues his series on the gospel by exposing five common ways the gospel gets distorted and turns to the Bible for the truth.
Many Christians think they know the gospel because they've heard it before, but there is a big difference between “hearing” and “knowing.” The sign of truly knowing something is being able to articulate it, and that is where many of us need to be challenged. This week Costi Hinn kicks off a brand new series on the gospel that will strengthen your ability to share it with others.
This week on the For The Gospel Podcast, Costi Hinn answers your questions about sexual sin to close out his latest podcast series.

In this episode, Costi Hinn covers two foundational truths that are essential for waging war against sexual sin and then provides two strategies for successfully battling temptation and lust.
Sexual sin will leave you empty and broken. In this week's episode, Costi Hinn walks you through Proverbs 7 to see what the Bible says about the steps that lead to sexual sin and then provides three takeaways to apply to your life that will help you fight this destructive sin.
This week on the For The Gospel podcast we're starting a new series on the subject of sexual sin, as it's a battle we all face in the Christian life. We're kicking off this series by defining sexual sin and outlining key truths about it. Costi will then be doing a deep dive in the upcoming weeks to explore the tools that God's Word provides to us to effectively fight against this type of sin.

The next sermon in our summer series is by John MacArthur from Shepherd's Conference 2018 at Grace Community Church. The next sermon in our summer series is by Paul Washer from the 2021 Fellowship Conference in Texas. In this message, Paul Washer reminds us that pastors are people too and will often study and preach on the very issues they are wrestling through in their own souls. No matter how perfect someone looks on the outside, we all sin and need to repent. In addition to addressing functional perfectionism, Washer also turns to Scripture to provide four keys to spiritual growth.

The next sermon in our summer series is by H.B. Charles on the sufficiency of Scripture from Shepherd's Conference 2022 at Grace Community Church. Many Christians would rightly say they believe the Bible is the Word of God and is not a book full of errors, but do we live like it’s “enough” and trust it as “enough” for life, decisions, and living out God’s will for our lives?

In this first sermon of our summer series, Austin Duncan helps us see how the right truth can still be delivered the wrong way, and at the wrong time! With wisdom from the book of Job, we’ll learn lessons about counseling others with discernment, gentleness, and truth. Biblical counseling is an important part of Christian discipleship, but we need to make sure we don’t pull a “Zophar” (Job 11).

When a Lawyer stands up and publicly tries to test Jesus in order to embarrass Him with a question, the Lord responds with a question of His own. What follows that moment is one of the most well known parables in human history called, “The Good Samaritan.” In this episode Costi Hinn walks you through this parable and then explains the core truths that Christians should apply as they seek to love God and love their neighbor.

In this episode Costi Hinn explains the parable of the four soils (also called “parable of the sower”) in which Jesus delivers clear and convicting truth about human hearts and how they receive the seed of the word. Many people don’t understand this parable, but Christ makes it easy to interpret as He provides His own explanation in Matthew 13:18-23.

Themes include sin, repentance, grace, self-righteousness, and forgiveness. Whether you're a long time Christian or new to faith, the lessons from this parable will bring you back to the foundation of salvation and God's love for us.
Some people are ready for Christ to return or call them home, and some are not. Some people are living for themselves but think they are saved, while others are humbly living their life for God’s glory. In the parable of “The Ten Virgins” Jesus arrests the eternal perspective of His audience by showcasing how once the Lord returns, it will be too late to be saved. Today is the day of salvation.
Jesus warns us to be careful of being unforgiving in light of how forgiven we are. In this episode Costi Hinn unpacks the parable of “The Unforgiving Servant” and reminds us why all Christians forgive, and clarifies what forgiveness is not.
In this episode Costi Hinn unpacks the parable of “The Rich Fool,” and gives us truths to apply from Jesus’ warnings about trusting in riches.

He was engaged to Ryn, enjoying life, and going to school at Boyce College (Southern Seminary) when the Lord called him home suddenly. Tim has always been known for his faithful teaching and writing ministry (www.challies.com), but the Lord has seen fit to add a "ministry of sorrow" to Tim's life. This series will take a deep dive into the Challies family story, the aftermath of losing Nick, big questions about God's goodness, sovereignty, grief, and suffering as a Christian.

In this episode, Costi Hinn takes you to several key passages of Scripture to break down 5 truths from the life of Christ and how He is our perfect model for self-control. While Christians will not be perfect like Christ, they have the power to grow in self-control because they are in Christ.
In sports, teams gather scouting reports about opposing teams to go into a game with a strategy for facing their opponent. They study patterns and tendencies which help them predict what the other team might do. Like in sports, a scouting report on challenging environments can help Christians go in with “eyes wide open,” and develop a strategy for winning the spiritual battle. In this episode, Costi Hinn continues his series on self-control by walking you through 5 self-control war zones. These are items or environments that can be good things but are not neutral in our battle for self-control. In addition, he unpacks 4 responses to these war zones.

They share details on how they wrote the book, along with how you can take the step as a family when it comes to self-control.

In this final episode of the manhood series Costi Hinn asks pastor and former Navy Seal, Travis Allen, to help men from all walks of life understand and embrace their role in the local church.

In this episode, Costi Hinn provides clarity on one of the most common questions we get as a ministry. God’s will and healing are twisted by faith healers and spiritual abusers who seek to heap burdens on people who need comforting truth. To get healed, do you just need more faith? Does giving money make God provide miracles? This episode will provide biblical truth on this important aspect of God’s will.
In this episode, Costi Hinn breaks down the 5’s of God’s will as explicitly mentioned in Scripture. Over the years, many theologians and pastors have used these passages to help Christians see that when they live according to what Scripture says, they will always find themselves aligned with God’s will. Book recommendation in this episode: "Found: God’s Will” by John MacArthur.
In this episode, Costi Hinn continues the series on God’s will by unpacking God’s will in salvation. In this episode, Costi Hinn answers your questions about the Holy Spirit including questions about tongues, feelings, church service order, fruit, prayer, and more!
Unity is hard to come by in the body of Christ, but it doesn’t have to be that way. At the same time, we should never sacrifice truth in the name of superficial unity. In this episode, Costi Hinn unpacks 4 principles that can help us preserve the unity that the Holy Spirit provides.

He also covers some of the historical heresies that were condemned by early church councils and provides practical insights for those who have swung to extremes when it comes to the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is quite possibly the most misunderstood and abused member of the Holy Trinity. Some people don’t believe He is God, others think He is merely a mystical force or some abstract expression of God. His work, His deity, and His personhood are all essential Christian truths. In the midst of a generation ripe with false teaching that confuses people on this vital doctrine, this episode will help you avoid error and relish in the truth. Costi Hinn highlights several examples of blasphemy regarding the Spirit’s work, then provides 3 glorious reasons why getting the doctrine of the Holy Spirit matters.
Like many pastors and churches, when COVID-19 hit the news and shut down orders spread across the globe, Tim Stephens and Fairview Baptist Church stopped holding services and assessed the situation. Not knowing what they were dealing with, they took every step necessary to use wisdom and prudence in their decision-making. But as it became clear that this virus was not all that the government made it out to be, Tim’s convictions stirred to re-open the church and begin preaching and holding worship services. His decision to re-open had a wide ripple effect that ultimately led to his imprisonment. As a husband, and a father to 8 children, Tim and Raquel Stephens had so much to lose. As fines piled up and public pressure mounted, Tim’s convictions remained anchored. To end the whole ordeal all he had to do was sign an agreement stating that he would not go back and re-open the church. He refused. This interview is the entire story in his own words.
In this episode Costi Hinn shares the 5th message in this summer series and Paul Washer makes his 2nd appearance. In this episode, Costi Hinn shares the 3rd message in this summer series and it focuses on the kind of preaching every Christian should unapologetically expect from a faithful preacher. Our preacher is Dr. Steve Lawson, this particular sermon is from Shepherd’s Conference in 2019, and was instrumental in Costi's own desire to preach the Word in a pulpit for the rest of his life. It will help any believer understand the importance of preaching and what to expect of their church and pastors.
In this episode, Costi Hinn introduces our 2nd sermon of the summer series. Our preacher is John MacArthur, the message is "Inerrancy Under Attack," and it is from the 2015 Shepherd's Conference. Every Christian must know how the Bible is inerrant and why we stand for the truth of God's unchanging Word.
In this episode, Costi Hinn kicks off a 5-week series where he shares life changing messages that have impacted him over the last 10 years. In this 1st message, Paul Washer pours out from his deep well of wisdom on marriage, parenting, and family in what has become one of the most accessible, convicting, and down-to-earth messages on these topics. Washer is less "preachy" and much more personal in what feels more like a living room counseling session than a sermon. No matter your life stage, this will greatly impact you for years to come.
In this episode, Costi Hinn interviews Owen Strachan and asks him hard questions about difficult passages on head coverings, women teaching in the church, manhood, and patriarchy. These are not salvation issues, but they can be confusing issues that impact the local church and our unity. With biblical balance and pastoral temperance, Strachan and Hinn weave a pattern of clarity through these issues and more.

In this episode, Costi Hinn breaks down the "7 A's of Confession" from Ken Sande and helps to clarify the difference between genuinely seeking someone's forgiveness vs. making excuses about sin. This episode will equip everyone to do that.
In part 3 of this series on conflict and forgiveness, Costi Hinn walks you through the biblical steps towards becoming a forgiving person and provides practical insights that are modeled in the life of Christ. If you have a difficult time forgiving people or want to be a peacemaker who helps others become more forgiving, this episode has everything you need!
Christians should be the most forgiving people in the world because we’re the most forgiven people in the world. But that doesn’t mean forgiveness will be easy. In part 2 of this series on conflict and forgiveness, Costi Hinn unpacks 4 things forgiveness is not, and 4 truths that help us define what forgiveness is.
This episode kicks off a brand new series on forgiveness and takes a deep dive into conflict resolution, how a Christian should respond, why forgiveness is hard, what bitterness will do to you, and how Christ’s example is our model. Discerning the difference between these two types of anger can help us know when it's time to confess sin, or when it's time to confront someone in their sin. Is your anger rooted in selfish ambition? Are you angry and want to take revenge? Do you experience anger over what grieves the Holy Spirit? These questions (and more) are answered in this episode.

Seeker-driven church models have decayed the evangelical church. Avoiding words like “sin” & replacing Biblical teaching with worldly entertainment has left believers spiritually malnourished & churches unconverted.

Prosperity preachers confuse a great deal of people by twisting 2 Corinthians 8:9 to mean that Jesus became poor so we could become financially rich. At first glance, this passage may even appear to be the slam-dunk verse for affirming the prosperity gospel. In this episode, Costi Hinn unpacks the context and interpretation of this crucial passage so we can apply it faithfully.
The glory of God is a constant theme throughout the Bible. It is also mentioned frequently throughout church history. The Westminister Shorter Catechism describes the purpose of our existence this way: "Man's chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever." In John 16:14, the Holy Spirit's purpose includes glorifying Jesus. Today, many songs include phrases like, "Show us your glory!" But what exactly is the glory of God?
In today's world, identifying as a "prophet" can lead to power and profit. It is not uncommon to hear a preacher say, "I've got a word from the Lord for you!" as they appear to be more holy and have a greater connection to divine revelation than anyone else. The problem is, their word doesn't match God's word. Prophecy is trending as many seek revelation from God outside of His word. Schools of supernatural ministry tout programs that can teach you how to acquire and wield the gift of prophecy, and some people build entire ministries under the illusion that they hear from God better than you do. The question begs, what is biblical prophecy? Furthermore, can we depend on these modern day prophets? In this episode, Costi Hinn interviews Justin Peters on key truths about this important gift of the Spirit.
What is the biblical gift of tongues and is it still in true operation today? Is it biblical when mass crowds speak in unintelligible speech with no interpretation? Is a "private prayer language" something we see in the Bible? These are important questions that Christians should have answers to. In this episode, Costi Hinn interviews Justin Peters on the biblical gift of speaking in tongues, and the two compare it to what many people claim is "speaking in tongues" today.
In this episode Costi Hinn explains why the Bible is sufficient for everything we need to know God and live the Christian life. While many people are looking for wisdom outside of the Bible or chasing a new "word from the Lord," a believer only needs to look to Scripture for divine revelation from God.
Is Roman Catholicism "true Christianity?" In this episode, Costi Hinn quotes the Roman Catholic Church teachings that are in direct contradiction with the Bible and compares them to the true teaching of Scripture. This list is derived from Mike Gendron's excellent resources on Roman Catholicism and showcases why Roman Catholicism is blatant heresy and not merely a varying denomination of Christianity. It is not Christianity. You can learn more from Mike Gendron at proclaimingthegospel.org.
The doctrine of the atonement is often twisted by false teachers and many Christians are not completely sure what the atonement of Christ is all about. Some preachers deny that God's wrath exists, preferring to proclaim a version of God who would never punish His Son to atone for sin. Others will sell the atonement as a "package deal," declaring that Jesus didn't merely die for your sins, but He died to make you happy, healthy, and wealthy too! The fact that the doctrine of the atonement is so frequently attacked by the Devil should make it of great interest to every Christian. Knowing this doctrine leads to hope, peace, and assurance about what Jesus has paid for, and what that means for you.
The sovereignty of God can be one of the most challenging doctrines to wrap our human minds around. At times, it can be controversial as people debate how sovereign God is in relation to the free will of human beings. In this episode, Costi Hinn takes us back to the basics of God's sovereignty and challenges us to view this doctrine through the lens of Scripture alone.
Many religions sell people on the notion that their good works can get them into heaven. People believe they can be justified and absolved of sin if they work hard enough to earn God's approval. But the Bible teaches that people are justified by faith, apart from works, and not based on their own merit. In this episode Costi Hinn explains the doctrine of justification by faith, the very doctrine that split the Protestant church from Roman Catholicism. Every Christian should understand this essential doctrine for their own growth, and for the purpose of sharing the true gospel with those who need to hear it.
In this episode Costi Hinn lays out a clear strategy for winning spiritual warfare. Spoiler alert: it has nothing to do with shouting "I rebuke you, Devil!" or putting olive oil on the heads of troubled church folks. Spiritual warfare is a battle for the mind, and we need to go back to God's word for our winning strategy.
Spiritual warfare is a topic that many "experts" have opinions on, but they often miss the mark. Some will tell you that you need to rebuke the Devil out of everything, others will tell you that you have the "spirit of 'this'" or the "spirit of 'that.'" Still, some people imagine spiritual warfare as the Devil showing up at the foot of their bed one night with a pitchfork, red horns, and a pointy tail saying, “Here I am to get you!” But he’s smarter than that, so are his demons, and they are much more subtle than that — in most cases. In this episode, Costi Hinn unpacks the truth about spiritual warfare from Scripture so you can ignore the hypothetical opinions and get clarity from God's word.
Does God choose to save certain people or do people choose to be saved? What would you say to someone who says, "A loving God would never force His will upon people?"
