Homer becomes the Springfield Ice-Cream Man, which leads Marge to discover a talent for building sculptures, aka "folk art!", out of the popsicle sticks. This was one of the more believable (and therefore better) Homer hustles post-golden era, and includes one of Dando's favourite gags of all time.
