Screenwriter Cai Ross and Lecturer Chris Bainbridge continue to discuss the seventeen episodes of the prescient 1967 TV show, The Prisoner. In episode eight, Chris gets on his educational soapbox to discuss the elements of The General that have come to pass in the 21st Century.
