Andy Miller is a reader, editor and author of books, most recently The Year of Reading Dangerously (4th Estate/HarperPerennial). He has also written books about how much he likes the Kinks and how much he dislikes sport. He is the co-host of Backlisted, the literary podcast that gives new life to old books - 1m downloads in 2021. His writing has appeared in the Times, the Guardian, the Telegraph, the Spectator, Esquire, Mojo, Sight and Sound, the Quietus and more. He has toured the UK with his motivational lecture 'Read Y'self Fitter' and appears regularly on podcasts and on BBC Radio programmes such as The Verb, The Museum of Curiosity and Open Book. Amongst other things, he has been described as "shit hot at reading".
