This time it's to answer the wish of a dying young teen named Dylan who wants to see the ocean. With Street-smart Albert and Can't Keep A Secret Laura by his side, along with menagerie of adult characters: Hero Charles, Cyclops Mr. McCabe, Weaselly Ferret and Security officer Brake Man, this train ride is anything but dull. However, this dream of seeing the ocean is accelerating Dylan's symptoms and he's almost ready to give up. But along with his friends from home and the new West Coast Tycoon they meet....Dylan's dream becomes a reality.
