Gouge Away: Tony is about to uncover a nasty secret when his mentor Stanley goes missing amid a hazardous narcotic gas that has flooded the city streets. Gouge Away will have it's WORLD PREMIERE Saturday, September 3rd at MIDNIGHT for the Genreblast Film Festival at the Alamo Drafthouse.  

Gouge Away is an attempt to make a psychotronic genre film.

Gouge Away takes its title from the Pixies song off the album Dolittle, written by Black Francis aka Frank Black.  

Gouge Away started life as another film called "Wash Away" in 2020. Gouge Away is Jeff Frumess' follow-up to Romero's Distress (2017)
