Mr. Jim Catania and the Static Age Bullet Interview | The Misfits who Walked Among Us Episode 43

It’s a first for our show: We have a Misfits member from the Static Age era - Mr. Jim Catania is our guest! Jim’s drumming can be heard on many of the Misfits releases. In addition to Static Age there is the Bullet EP, Beware EP, Misfits Collection I and Misfits Collection II as well as the Misfits Boxset.    Joining him on the show is our repeat guest Robby Bloodshed. We will be discussing their new single "Cheers for Fears" as well as some of Jim's legendary career. With Robby being our resident Staticageologist, this show is guaranteed to be a BANGER. Per “Misfits Central - Mr. Jim" Catania Jim Catania Jim Catania, born on 01/05/1954, replaced Manny in The Misfits in the fall of 1977 and remained in the band until November 1978. Jim had been in an earlier band called Koo-Dot-N-Boo-Jang with Glenn. Mr. Jim is featured on the same songs as Franché. Jim left the band soon after Franché did and returned to his other band Continental Crawler. He later played for The Adults and Aces And Eights. Both Jim and Manny graduated from Lodi High School in 1971. Jim still lives in Lodi, New Jersey. Equipment: 1977-1978: Gretsch 4-piece drum set, Zildjian cymbals.
