Before Jerry Only and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein resurrected "The Misfits" in 1995, they struck out into the world with another project that was firmly rooted in heavy metal called "Kryst The Conqueror." Songs and riffs from KOC would eventually find their way into many songs on both American Psycho and Famous Monsters.
