On this episode, I chat with Francesca Sipma, a former New Yorker, who after 10 years of chasing an insatiable lifestyle, experienced a radical awakening and went on a quest to find higher purpose. She found herself on a deep self-exploration journey exploring modalities and retreats all over the world, and became fascinated by the power of breath and subconscious mind as a catalyst into self-awareness to deconstruct childhood conditioning and social programming.
Francesca is now a growth and breathwork coach also certified in hypnotherapy, based in Santa Monica, CA. She is dedicated to helping others come into alignment with their highest selves and live more meaningful lives of purpose and impact.
After our interview, I was so intrigued by her development of hypnosis, intention and breathwork, that I joined her 12 week breathwork program.
